"Get Back on Your Bike"

Have you recently got a new bike or do you want to dust off your old one? How about cycling a little more to save on your fuel costs or improve your health and wellbeing.

We have just the thing for you... Iompar Castlebar have organised a free workshop on Thursday 16th September at 6.30pm in the Tennis Club, Lannagh Road, Castlebar. From 6 - 6.30 there will be a free spinning class, followed by a half hour of exercises you can do at home to strengthen your muscles, in particularly your back and stomach muscles which will help your cycling. Just come along wearing loose comfortable clothing.

From 7-8pm Michael Kilcourse from the Bike Clinic will be giving bike maintenance advice in the car park of the tennis club.
